Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to residents within a 20-miles of HU1 3QX

Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Hedon Exterior Cleaning and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period:

The competition will run from 17/1/2024 to 17/2/2024.Entries received after 17/2/2024, 11:59 PM (GMT), will not be considered.

3. Entry Requirements:

To enter the competition, participants must like the post and comment “In it to WIN it” Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entrants must ensure that their Facebook profiles are set to public during the competition period, allowing Hedon Exterior Cleaning to verify their entry.

4. Prize:

The prize consists of a free driveway clean by Hedon Exterior Cleaning, valued at £100. (Up to 29m² average two car driveway) The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 18/2/2024, and the winner will be announced on Hedon Exterior Cleaning's Facebook page.

6. Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via a Facebook post on Hedon Exterior Cleaning's page. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.

7. Prize Redemption:

The winner will coordinate with Hedon Exterior Cleaning to schedule the free driveway clean at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.

8. Publicity:

By entering the competition, participants grant Hedon Exterior Cleaning the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

9. Privacy:

Personal information provided during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner.

10. Disqualification:

Hedon Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

11. Changes to the Competition:

Hedon Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales. By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
