Before work begins, we'll explain what is included and provide a clear quotation. We'll carry out the agreed work with care, respect your property and leave the working area tidy when we're finished.

What Our Satisfaction Guarantee Covers
If you believe the work we've completed doesn't match what was agreed in your quotation, please let us know within 7 days of completion.
We'll discuss your concerns with you and, where necessary, arrange to inspect the work.
If we've missed something or the agreed work hasn't been completed to the standard set out in your quotation, we'll return and put it right at no additional charge.
A Fair Guarantee Works Both Ways
Exterior cleaning can significantly improve a surface, but some permanent staining, weathering, damage or previous deterioration may remain after cleaning.
Where we're aware of limitations before starting, we'll explain them to you wherever reasonably possible.
Our satisfaction guarantee relates to the work and services agreed in your quotation. It doesn't guarantee that an older or damaged surface will be restored to an as-new condition, or cover issues caused by existing defects, subsequent damage or circumstances outside our control.
